OK, point.

Personally, I'd vote for legalization.  And if it was legalized, I would use it.  I've had three surgeries in my life and (2 back, 1 elbow) and I could use a little pain relief.

But I don't use the stuff because its illegal, though I'd prefer that it NOT be.

So, no, I don't have pity or understanding or make excuses for those that get caught who do is all.

I've never smoked in my life, be it cigs or weed. It's just that I feel that knowing where marijuana campaign is going, I feel like the NFL should review their laws to reflect that. My comments were not specific to this case; I could care less about Gordon ;)

The thing is though that the NFL is exempt from Federal taxes.

Start flaunting federal law then, all of a sudden, senators and representatives start pondering whether or not you are really a "non-profit" and deserve your tax exemption.

Is it federal law to test employees for drugs? No, so there u have it.

I smoke weed and voted against legalizing it when given the opportunity several years ago.

WTF?

Well, if you deal it, I can understand that legalizing might bring the price and quality down.  Hmmmm...

(Joking.)

I have a medical card and belong to a co-op that allows me to make medical concentrates (wax, shatter, "dabs" as the kids call it) and so legal weed would really not be good for me.

Plus the way the law was written was completely bogus. And I hear in Colorado it's like $500 for an ounce. No thanks I'll pay $150 to the guy in a van down by the river.
