The best thing on Benjamin's resume...

He's 6'5" with a great wingspan. His vertical will go up with our strength and conditioning program, I think. Get a little more explosiveness in his hips and hamstrings. Which is crazy, considering he'll be catching balls over CB's heads from day one here.

We gon' be good.

You all need to stop paying so much damn attention to vertical numbers. Have you even watched how a vertical is measured? It is 90% technique. It has little to do with real time game play.

Also about that catch, everyone watching knew the ball was going to Benjamin, and he still was able to convert.

Kid is raw. He only played two years of college ball and never had to become real polished due to his freaky athleticism.

If he really puts the work in, this could be the steal of the draft. JJ quoted a scout as saying if KB stayed another year in college, he would have been a top 5 pick next year.

No wonder it took us no time to get our pick in.

Wouldn't mind getting the guy giving up that TD either ;-)

If he's available in the 4th round, it wouldn't be a bad pick at all.

Chris Davis had a 40.5 inch vertical, 4.51 40-yd dash, 10' 4" broad jump.  He's pretty decent in coverage against guys not 6-5  .

He also brings top-notch kick and punt return skills with him which this team could use right now.
