I am in the wait and see category myself. I am sure there will be some OL drafted and then it's a best man up type of mentality.

Bell can't handle the speed and athletic guys in the right.....traditional it is more and better versions attacking the left.

Don't confuse good ole fashioned team support and saying what you are suppose to say.....as Bell can play LT

I think we will either take the Canadian kid or the north Dakota state one in the third. They're raw but seem the better of the prospect than taking a Richardson in the second

So you are saying without a shadow of a doubt it's impossible for Bell to play LT effectively? Are you saying  there is no way possible that he could be marginally better playing the LT being that he is a left handed person.  Are you saying he is not even serviceable playing T in general.  If you are then I guess we will see.  If you aren't then I guess we will see.  The whole point is, it doesn't matter until we see him on the field.  It doesn't matter who we draft there will be a competition for that LT position.

Not really I believe there is still some solid picks left, as for bell yeah I know he had bad games but even gross along with Kalil has said that bell has progressed each and every season...who knows he might actually be better on the left side...his run blocking is solid he jus needs to keep working on pass protection...hopefully we get someone to compete and make us better tho

I like Billy Turner in the second, but NFCS teams loading up on WR, I'd take a flyer on Desir or SJB in the second and pray to God that Flemming is there in the third and then sign or trade for Roos.

What leads me to believe he can?  The GM, Coaches, former and current players.

 

My question to you is simple but you kind of avoided it.   Are you saying there is no way that Byron Bell can play LT effectively?  All of the Byron Bell is the worst tackle ever people never actually say this.  They post pictures of turnstyles, they say they can play the position about the same, they say there are 283728378 people who can play it better.  Just straight out... are you saying there is absolutely no way Byron Bell can play LT effectively?

I'm fairly confident that.most fans don't know the talent we have outside of C, cause they haven't had time to even play together. How the hell can you judge the line just based on the players the Panthers have, when ya haven't even seen the intended lineup play together?

And for the record:  I don't know if Byron Bell can play LT.  I am just in the wait and see category since people in the organization I somewhat trust are saying he can. Getting Cam killed is not in anyone's best interest.  Especially a coach and GM.
