Not feeling good right now....

Exactly, you do not need a huge vertical with that height and wingspan! Body control for jumpballs is what I am concern with and KB passes that test easily. Great pick, huge potential and an awesome coaching staff to groom him!

Body control is a big deal.

Legedu Naanee was a decent sized guy buy when he jumped in the air his limbs went in all directions.  He looked like a fish flopping around out of water.

Cam Newton was a "one year wonder."  Did you watch a single FSU game?  My guess is you're going with blind whining.  Term you should become acquainted with: "football speed."

I am not much worried about the speed. Much more worried (disappointed) with his poor vert. Feet dont get very high off the ground like I would want. Height and length make up for it somewhat.

I watched Chuck play all his home games in college. Chuck is one of my favorite players ever.

Chuck has never in his life had a 39" vertical.

MJ could dunk with his head near the rim. Chuck was lucky if his hand was over the rim.

Sources vary.  Seems like it was somewhere between 37" and 39".  Dude had lift.

Every damn possible pick at #28 came with concerns.

KB is as much of a stud with as much possible IMMEDIATE payoff as we could have hoped where we were picking.

Cam is happy, so I'm happy.

Ditto

Megatron kills KB in the vertical which the article doesnt bring up.

I can live the the slow 40, but man his vertical is poo.

Height is > vertical though.

For example 6'5 with a 32 inch vert > 6'0 with a 37 inch vert

Vertical is always nice of course though.

Just saying.
