Not feeling good right now....

Yep. Charles Barkley was 6-5 and had a shitty vertical and was one of the best rebounders in the history of the NBA.

Correction: Charles Barkley was 6'4 1/2 (I know, 6' 5"), with Mad Crazy Verticals.

What you meant to say was: Regarding rebounding, Charles didn't have to jump that high. He used his strength, smarts, positioning and anticipation to rebound.

However, he could definitely get up there, and fast.

Because having a poor vert in a way diminishes his height advantage. Not the end of the world as even with his poor vert, he still has a higher catch radius than most DB's. Just isnt gonna be skying over everyone like you would imagine he would.

32" is not a POOR vertical my friend, especially at 6'5" with long hands.

Most people don't have a 32" vertical. It's certainly average in the NFL. However, at his height, it serves him fine.

And we are not even taking weight into consideration. Mike Evan weighs 20lbs less than benjamin and he only has a 1 1/2 inch greater vertical. I don't see why with conditioning that benjamin couldn't exceed equal or exceed evan's vertical.

Agreed, Benjamin is very physical at the line of scrimmage, and can bump of his DB's.

He's also fast, he just gets off slower (i.e. his 4.6 40 yd time). However, he can be coached to bust faster out of the blocks, like a tall sprinter needs to.
