Eat your Crow KB Haters

There are no "haters" and no crow to eat....grow the fug up.

He is the pick...he is talented...he has tremendous upside...but, he is a little raw and has a boom or bust feel about him.

He still worries me in that aspect. But, I was also worried about the same things the last time we picked a big boom or busy prospect with similar questions...and that has turned out damn fine.

I trust our FO did their homework and made the right pick. With how quick they turned in the pick , he definitely seemed to be their guy from the start.

Welcome KB.....now get your ass to work.

I think the boom or bust feeling is your expectation which means they are more than likely unrealistic.

300 yards and 2 TDs would seem fair for his talent level whereas 800 yards should be expected from his draft spot.

So you're thinking 1,200 yards and 10 TDs? He will be lucky to have 300-500 yards and a couple TDs this year. We don't substitute often on offense and he needs to be able to do everything effectively. If he fails at that, I expect a redshirt season because we are predictable enough without a receiver who can only run 2 routes.

I'm still a little tired because the 28th pick was way past my bedtime, but I want to make sure I'm reading this correctly....the guy who has been leading the charge to make GMen Enemy #1 is now driving his bandwagon and asking others to eat crow?

C'mon man.....

I think 500-700 yards and 6 TD's sounds about right for his rookie season.  But, the guy has tremendous upside.

I thought you were saying that 300 yds and 2 TD is what you would expect from him for his foreseeable career...not just his rookie season.

I dont understand why fans are already complaining about this guy. His success or failure doesntt deoend on your amature scouting abilities taken frim reading a few paragraphs online. Get behind him, hope for a star player and worry about drops or whatever once they happen. What is the point of getting down on him now?

The guy wasn't my choice predraft. He wasn't my choice last night either. I believe in his upside, but I also believe we need a starter at #28 and not confident he will make much of an pact next year. Definitely don't hate the pick - never did.

Regardless...he's now a Panther so he has 100% of my support without any question.

I never was a hater but I think you are jumping the gun.The last I heard the season has not started. I am more interested in our grade for the whole draft versus i player. We still have needs to fill to be competitive.
