I'm a bit meh with the pick though. However, for our style of play it could be good. We can grind between the 20's pretty good, it's scoring that has been holding us back. A big WR like Benjamin should help finish drives with a 7 instead of a 3.

He was who I wanted right after the championship game. I even started a thread saying that we should draft him. Some of the negative talk soured me on him a little. Overall, I am very happy. Got Cam a weapon. And I heard that Thomas Davis interview today who said that was who he would draft. Thomas has a relative that is a WR on FSU who is also from his little town in GA. Great pick! Trust that Gman did his homework on this one. It will work out good. Especially in the red zone. Just throw it up Cam.

Gettleman should be in charge of all teams personnel decisions during the draft.

You don't have multiple workouts and meetings with a player and then just brainfart and forget to draft his awesome skillz. There's a reason Lee fell. and we obviously saw it. I'm so on board with this pick.

 

With the exception of Star Lotulelei, most of the times in panther history when they've jumped on a falling player, it's been a mistake.
