So if they move Mallet to Houston, it means that people don't have to get in front of Houston to pick their QB.

 

But, they might have to get in front of NE now.

 

So does this help us with a trade down or not?  No issue?  Just smoke?

Our Pick just gained potential value if QBs are still available.

reading too much into the mallett trade. it won't/shouldn't effect their draft much if at all. he's nothing more than a  back up, which is pretty much all they've got right now.

Any interest they have shown in QB only helps us... Especially if Browns take QB at 4. If not they may look at one at 27 and teams will trade ahead of us to get QB which hurts us.... I am hoping all the QB's go high and more players of value drop to us

Mallet to Houston, and Manziel free falls to the Patriots where he will have to sit behind Tom Brady for the next 5 years and keep his mouth shut or be water boarded by Belichick. I actually said this at work earlier. Then I get home and hear that the Texans have interest in Mallet... Am I a profit? Only time will tell.
