I really don't believe an GM in the league can consistently find solid ball players in the 6-7 rounds. It's more or less pick and hope you get lucky. That's why the teams that draft the best, just draft the most. Look at the patriots for example, statistically thy are not better at drafting talented players they just pick more so a higher number of players hit.

Last few rounds are about finding role players and maybe an occasional diamond in the rough.
