Show me a team that has multiple 4th round starters/high contributors?  After round 3, it's a crapshoot, these people have fallen 96+ picks for a reason.   

 

Ya gotta do better than this though.

 

The best drafting teams tend to get role-players, developmental options or at least decent special teamers in the later rounds.

Weinke was backup for years

Wesley and Branch were solid special teamers.

Robinson showed promise early, but after injury was never the same, you can't predict that.

Hogan, Alexander and Adams should have all been bargains and were high graded by most teams.

Yea I liked Wesley a lot too. He played with attitude. Most people would agree your expectations for a 4th round pick is a Special Teams guy that can develop into a backup. We've made 19 4th round picks, you would think at least once we would hit on a pleasant surprise.
