It's pretty dang hot down here. Just standing in it is close to unbearable.

Not hardly man, right now it's pretty cool in comparison to earlier this summer.

But I guess I'm acclimated to it.

I guess the heat in Oklahoma is drier or something...

I will admit that its not as bad as it has been. The occasional passing cloud has really helped.

WHEW! May have dodged a bullet or two with those guys.

I do wish they had an indoor practice bubble in Charlotte though. Having to settle for doing walkthroughs on the inner decks of the stadium when the weather is bad is uber lame.

Well, at least nobody can blame John Fox for that one...he's wanted a practice bubble for years.

a fairy tale

Once upon a time there was a tiny, tiny huddler named Chicken Little. One day Chicken Little was searching the internet when he saw a tweet and got very afraid.

"Oh," cried Chicken Little, "the sky is falling ( injuries are mounting). I must go tell everyone at the huddle."

So Chicken Little typed and typed, and he met unicar 15.

"Why do you type so fast, Chicken Little?" asked Unicar15.

"Ah, Unicar," said Chicken Little, "injuries are mounting everywhere, and I must go tell the "huddle king."

"How do you know that injuries are mounting, Chicken Little?" asked Unicar15.

"I saw it with my eyes, I was tweeted by a big bird, and a bit of it fell on my head," said Chicken Little.

Are you sure it wasn't poo? Said Unicar15. Oh no it wasn't, I know the difference between poo and the truth.

Yeah, its wayyyy too hot in Florida to be outside all day playing football. South Carolina is about as far south as I would want to be. Even then it is too hot. I live in Central Florida, at the beach, and it is about 95 with about 90% humidity here every day. fuging sucks....
