Johnny Manziel has his own song/mix on sportscenter

Seriously what do you have against this kid? The vitriol you have for him is just sad.

Nothing against Johnny its is childish fan base that think he is the best thing since sliced bread despite evidence of the opposite

He is officially the Golden Calf of College Station

Manziel posting that video of him on the beach throwing a football to a guy on the jet sky kind of remind me of when Mr. Satan was breaking breaks with his hands to show his strength. So out of place.

Imagine if Cam did that?????????

The hate and venom that would have been spewed would have been unreal

Won the heisman as a freshman.

How at all do those things diminish his accomplishments?

And what facts are those? Please show them to me.

He is surrounded by the best offensive talent in college football

You can do whatever the hell you want when you have that type talent around you

Mike Evans is a slower Megatron and they had the college equivalent of Orlando Pace on their left side and their WHOLE line is comprised of studs

Their other players are fast as hell too

Cam would never do that. Heck, no one savvy enough would do what he does. At this point Manziel is just embarrassing himself for no apparent reason. Ridiculously, everyone think it's cute.

The media eyes him up as a money roast, thats why they are pimping him so hard

You still haven't made any valid argument on out his rushing and passing stats invalid.

He won the heisman from running when plays broke down. Meaning when the pocket broke and he took off. Scoring multiple touchdowns and rushing over 1000+ yards.

There's nothing you can say were you don't sound like a bias hater on a kid.

Who the hell said his stats were in invalid????

All I am saying is that when you have a squad like what Manziel had at A&M, its not hard to win a Heisman

Its better than what Winston had at Florida State

LMAO, "Bias hater"??????

Nah, just realistic

Really? It's not not to win the highest honor in college sports being named the best player that year.

You aren't realistic at all actually

The guy I'd worry about busting the most is Blake Bortles. I really don't understand the hype, sure you see a 6'5" 235lbs prototype QB who put up decent numbers at UCF passing and somehow became a scrambler near the end of the year but some of the comparisons "professional" analysts are making seem to be absurd to me. My favorite comparison is to Ben Roethlisberger, Bortles has half the arm Ben has and most of those "scrambles" he got away with in college would end up with him getting speared by Suh.

The best QB in the draft will be Teddy Bridgewater followed by Manziel if he gets in the right system behind a good OL and a talented WR. I hated Manziel at first when projecting him a couple months back but I believe it's less dependent on talent, which I think he has tons, and more dependent on coaching and teammate talent on offense. He's going to be a hard bust if you expect him to take control of an offense like Cam but if you let him do what he's best at, you'll get a playmaker. I think Bridgewater has been underrated due to a bad pro day. I look at his tape and to me he goes through progressions better than any other QB in the draft, fragility is my biggest worry with him.

Overall I think it matters less about which QB and more about the situation.

Very reasonable assessment and I agree with you on all accounts
