If they want their guy they have to take him 28, i cant see any WR they have had private workouts with be available by our second round pick. This is a LOT of evaluation on one position of the top prospects.

 

you think Landry, Moncrief, Matthews and the likes arent gonna be there at 60? i think at least 1 or 2 of them will...

Cool stuff.  He's one of those that seems can really hit the ground running come August/Sept.  

That's what seperates him from the other "more talented" WR's.

what makes you say that? i was under the impression that Landry has some of the surest hands in this draft class. i would rather have consistent production than flash. Robinson just seems like a flashy receiver to me.

Yeah between Landry, Moncrief, Matthews, Robinson, Adams, and Latimer...you've gotta think one will be there at 60.  I'd really be comfortable with any of them.

Allen is the antithesis of a flashy receiver.

had some character issues at PSU. guys with character issues have been historically bad for the Panther's franchise

Good hands are nice but if you don't get separation there's not much good hands can do for you in the NFL. I've said before I could see Landry being a Jason Avant type receiver best case scenario.

Given DG's philosophy, there's gonna be much better talent available elsewhere if he's the BWRA.
