Okay I have 4.5 days to pass a drug test

Try not to take life so seriously man, trust me it will do wonders for all of those issues you have bottled up. If me jokingly usin a hash tag is ignorant, then I can do nothing but laugh at you.

I worked graveyard for a year and it was the worst year of my life. Not only did I not get to sleep at night, but I didn't get to sleep during the day, nor did I have any social life with such a conflicting schedule. So thank you for the terrible advice.

And I do smoke to get high. I also smoke for insomnia, headaches, naseau, stress, and anxiety. I don't know why I'm being called a liar?

Are you guys all really so uneducated on marijuana that you have to call me a liar and tell me to stop doing something harmless that I use for several different needs? Are some of you REALLY that fugged up?

Sparky, I live in Colorado and we didn't fug up the vote to legalize it like California did. You're part of the problem not the solution. You place blame on everyone else because it's always someone else's fault.

You still just haven't grown up yet. Every adult goes through those things. And we work through it. Maybe it'll happen maybe it won't. But we need more responsible people.

Ill throw this out there. I have serious issues sleeping myself and Marijuana really isn't a requirement. As someone whos never smoked anything and only drinks water I can tell you the easiest way to get to sleep is to wear your mind and body out. A physical labor workplace would probably do wonders for you.Also I agree with legalizing Marijuana for tax reasons but I don't agree its completely harmless. The majority of pot heads I know are absolutely moronic (not referring to you) and they used to not be even remotely close to that level.

Because it is a requirement of gettting the damn job. Your potential employer has every right to look for a certain type of person, and apparently a pothead is not one of them.

 

What exacty do you think is going to happen when you are taking a potential customer out for a ride in a brand new $40,000 car, and you are high as fug and have a wreck or get pulled over?

 

You lose your job, get arrested for DWI, and now have to pay out god awful amounts of money with no job and a new baby. 

 

And this sounds smart to you? Like someone else said, you have a child, it is time to grow up, and stop getting high. 

 

I used to smoke pot, but then I realized that if I wanted to get ahead in life, then I had to make a choice to grow up and stop putting myself first.

My point was not that he smokes weed per se, just that he is acting like trying to cheat a drug test is ok, when in fact it is not. 

 

And that he is making up excuses to smoke pot legally. I don't carte if you smoke weed, but don't act like it is OK to smoke every day,go to work high, and whatever else you do, all while under the influence of a drug. 

 

It just seems to me to be a very selfish attitude, and if I were a potential employee, I would not hire someone who smokes pot every day. As a matter of fact, I have fired many a person for smoking pot while on the job. 

 

You can rationalize it all you want, but others are entitled to their opinions as well.

What about fork lift drivers? Should they be able to do their job while high?

Is smoke cigarettes during breaks ok? Before work? What about having a drink after work or with dinner? Or having guys night and smoking some cigars drinking some beer or whiskey? Is that all good?

I'm not going to defend anyone for trying to cheat a drug test, but I'm also not going to go out of my way to judge. I don't know exactly how much he smokes on a weekly basis, but I imagine there are many people who probably drink more than that on a weekly average.

 

I haven't read anywhere that he will be high while at work either. Unless I missed it.

First off, I am NOT going to be driving any cars. NONE. ZIP. ZILCH. NADA.

I will be SELLING cars, or possibly sitting shotgun on a TEST DRIVE.

Where the FUG did I say I'm going to be smoking right edited or at work? And being high the whole time during my job?

Do you even know what being high is like??? For someone like me, the high is mild and relaxing an not mind altering at all like alcohol. AND the effects last BARELY 30 minutes. THIRTY. FUGGING. MINUTES. Smoking weed is like smoking a cig for me, it takes the edge off and calms me down.

Just like someone who Ike's cigs, I smoke in the morning sometimes, once an hour or so before I go do something, and then at night, before bed.

How is the any different or more irresponsible than smoking a cig and having a beer or two before bed?
