The first offense is four games. Alexander was in the doghouse after trying to punch Breno against Seattle and the going forward he got even worse

 

First offense is four games yes, but the players are given one or two opportunities after a first failed test to right the ship I'm 99% sure. Not the case for PED's I think.

This was covered in the Josh Freeman fiasco last year when Shiano released to the media that Freeman was a Substance abuse risk player after a failed test before.
