DE Frank Alexander Suspended First 4 Games

Recommended Posts

I ran into his folks at 2 of the games last year. Very nice family. I hope that he thinks about how disappointing it must be for them to not be able to see him get on the field because of his poor decision making.

I loved big Frank's story, it was awesome to see him fight his way back from the stabbing, but we might want to cut the ties on this guy.

Michael Sam in the 5th?

Absolutely not. I do not want the circus coming to charlotte. That's the equivalent of bringing in The Golden Calf of Bristol

but this one is gay.

If he can play, he can play.

I go to one of the most judgement schools in the world, but you don't see me trashing this guy for the way he lives his life.

The NFL is a business just like Hollywood, the best individuals get to participate regardless of their personal lives.

This explains why he was in and out of the line up all year. He had to have multiple failed drug test in order to get 4 games. Once again, go job Joe Person for getting this info last year or his rookie year even.

Whether you like him or not FA is the 3rd best DE on the team. I like Mario, but he's noting more than a PRS.

The first offense is four games. Alexander was in the doghouse after trying to punch Breno against Seattle and the going forward he got even worse

He would be more of a media distraction then help. We have hardy and big money. I could just see the media now if we drafted him and he doesn't play. The would be using the "Gay Card" it's the new race card if you have not noticed.

The media would be all over a fifth rounder not playing over two Pro Bowl defensive end's? I find that hard to believe.

He would be a good backup, and unlike The Golden Calf of Bristol; Sam isn't trying to use his lifestyle as a platform. It's hard to make a parade out of someone who is as shy as Sam.

Its hard to make a parade? are you kidding me, when have you seen a kid that is projected to go in the 5th or 6th round get this much exposure equivalent to Clowney ....Never. The media would definitely make this a locker room distraction. Well hell while we are at it lets kick the tires on Incognito and The Golden Calf of Bristol as well.

I haven't seen one thing on Sam on ESPN, CBS Sports, Fox Sports, or NFL Network in over two months.

I'm not exactly where you are seeing all this "attention".

Sure the announcement was big, but a week later the world moved on, and the same goes with the UMASS basketball player that came out.

And honestly who cares!!! This is a football team, if he can play, the media is doing their job; only simple-minded individuals would actually get upset over drafting Sam.

That's pretty much all I have to say.

Call me simple minded, old school, or whatever. Bottom line is our owner is not going to draft the first openly gay player period. We got rid of Steve Smith but we are going to bring in Sam... yeah right..
