Why would anybody not want Lee in the first? Just a couple months ago he was a sure top 10 pick and nothing has changed with him since then except he fell.

I really wanted to add him but felt he would run away with the first question and I've doubted for a long time he will be available at pick 28. He's ideally who I want as well but i just don't think he falls to 28 after his combine.

As mentioned in the OP, I wanted to include players I thought to be most likely at 28 or had a good chance of being there. I don't think Cooks has a good chance of being available at our 28th selection.
