28th pick is basically the 2nd round. Don't know why people can't see that. Do if a guy is valued as a high second rounder and he feels a dire need for you. Y not take him

Because first rounders get contract guarantees that lower rounders do not, all the way to the 32nd pick.

So, that being the case, you don't "reach".
