Ok. It appears that it takes 50 posts before the PI icon shows up and a person can give PI to someone. At least that's what happened for me.

The bottom right only has quote, multi-quote and quick reply to this message. There is no pi or pie icon. Thanks

For some reason. My screen is missing the pie sign. I have a button that shows if the user is online or not, then to the right of it a scale for swag and finally to the right of that a report post icon. Thats it. Am I missing something here? Thanks
