The chief moron learned from his colossal mistake making him less of a moron.
-
And the conversation is relevant because there are those who are impressed with the pats taking a rider on him after we traded up with them to get him. I just don't see any real win in this for them mainly because of what I see here. They got an extra pick that they used on a jag LB. Theyve got a mediocre QB starting for them that they drafted in the first round that belichick doesn't even like and a guy in the practice squad who played better than the #1 guy last year and then they go and pick up our cast off to use as a backup? Sounds like they're flailing.
-
I don't think he can. Corral is a project kind of guy that you see some potential in a d think, "hey maybe we can do something with him" but then after a year of him you just lose interest because he's just not gaining ground. And belichick isn't one of those guys I associate with being a good developer of offensive talent, especially regarding QB. He got lucky with Brady.

Wouldn't surprise me. Just his lame ass attempt at irony. He's always been a punk ass troll.

Tuesday mornings.

I don't know what y'all are able to do, but if you can do a member search for rayzor there's some pretty colorful ones in there.

I honestly get called that (and much worse) so much I don't really notice it.

I don't read everything. Use the report function. That's the best way to get our attention to something.

Lol people giving belichick way too much credit in this thread. "Panthers suck because we cut a third round QB we traded up a little for and someone else picked him up to use him as a backup QB"
-
Lol ok. Because they've shown to be experts in their ability to use draft picks over the years. Sorry. Falls into blind squirrel finding a half eaten nut territory. We traded up a little with them to get a third round QB who has proven he's not able to prove he belongs on a roster as a backup and the team we get the picks from goes "ahHa! We'll just go ahead and pick up that bad thing you overpaid for and decided it wasn't a good purchase and discarded!" And that makes them smarter? They've done nothing but flail around blind these last few years. He's totally mishandled his QBs and offense since losing Brady. Sorry, if this is a "win" for him he can have it.
-
What brilliant thing has belichick done since Brady walked out? Was it replacing offensive coaches with defensive coaches? Someone show me how me how he's currently smarter than everyone else.

i found the original article about cam. https://www.nfl.com/news/believe-the-hype-newton-has-intangibles-to-be-a-star-09000d5d81ef27fa

We are and I'm right until proven otherwise.

Panthers place TE Stephen Sullivan on IR

beef up the lines. whenever we make a space, make it big enough for OL and DL. -
his write up on Cam Newton predraft was awesome. i was trying to find it, but he was one of the few in the media that saw what he had to offer rather than jumping on whatever negative hot takes there were at the time. he was one of the best, for sure. we need more like him.

I like him, but I'd honestly be surprised. Two biggest things he's got going against him....his age and he's on the wrong side of the ball. To be a defensive coach making the leap to HC, you're going to have to be more of a dynamic presence. Demeco Ryans is going to become the standard. anyways I think it's likely the next defensive coach to get a HC gig will be Evero. I think eithh Also, with Wilks getting involved in that lawsuit plus having a role in this AZ thing is just going to make teams not lean towards him. There's other good candidates without that baggage.

Trade: Panthers Acquire Ihmir Smith-Marsette from Chiefs
rayzor replied to Bluetooth's topic in Carolina Panthers
Highlight reel waiting to happen. I love it. He sure does love to flip into the end zone, but that last one looked like he might have rolled his ankle. Might need to cut down on that kind of thing. -
Difference between last year and this year? Fitt had the benefit of a grown up coaching staff with tons of pro experience not just as coaches but players. Bryce wasn't a Fitt pick. It was a true collaboration with Reich, McCown, Brown, and Caldwell. Last year who did Fitt have helping make the decision? Tepper and Macadoo? I really hope that no one looks at the Corral pick as being a failure and then lumping the Bryce pick as a potential failure because the same GM picked both of them. Of course I'm sure there are people in here doing exactly that
-
If we're interested in him at all, we'll have no problem bringing him back on the practice squad. There's no danger of him getting scooped up. That said, it wouldn't surprise me if we picked up a different QB. I just can't see Corral catching on anywhere. This preseason was the moment to show what he has and I think he did. There just wasn't much.

For that price tag, though, a low key risk.

it wasn't easy forcing any enthusiasm for that crew.

He might be
-
I tried to be. Lasted a couple weeks. I forced enthusiasm and I think a lot did. We were desperate for something good. I haven't had to force any enthusiasm this year.

Another one than those two. This one manages to last a pretty good while before he goes off the rails and gets banned. Last time he was @DMathematics and before that he was several incarnations that start with SJT. There is quite a few who do this kind of thing.
