I'm looking forward to playing them. I think we give them a pretty good beating.

we don't have to look like we're a playoff team. we just have to look like we're trending towards being a good team. We have to see legit potential and improvement. and the burden of it has to spread across all fronts. if we are expecting to be carried by only one or two parts of the team, we're failing. All this needs to be clicking all season: OL blocking, receivers getting open and catching the ball, run game pushing forward, BY being the field general he needs to be, and the whole unit moving the ball forward into the end zone.

who else was doing them in training camp/preseason? the way it sounded from morgan/tilis they were looking at blackshear as being the return guy.

i think it was just a matter of trying to buy us a little time to figure out a couple spots. He agreed to stick with the practice squad so he must have been told he would be back. Since he was a vet he wasn't going to be picked up in waivers so we didn't have to worry about losing him through that. He was probably one of the safest to put there if we were sure he was coming back.

i feel good about this combo of Sanders, Matthews, and Tremble. Tremble is kind of fun to watch and the guy can make some big plays. And then there's Ian. I guess he can block and we need that so....

i can't wait to se the guy in action. super excited about him.

that was one i was really stressing over. seems like too good of a big target for Bryce. Couldn't imagine that a couple of the WRs we initially kept were a better receiving option than him.

Once he gets going, and i'm confident he will, we'll be glad we have him.

still thinking around 8 wins this year. progress on our part and also we've got a ridiculously (at the moment) easy schedule. of course people look at us and see us as an easily winnable game as well, but i'm going to err on the side of us.

seconded this....i think it's a great idea. to get to a point where it's more financially manageable and the infrastructure gets put in place and kinks get worked out, we're going to have to depend on either the most ecologically zealous, the rich, or the posers who want to go into massive debt to give the appearance that they are rich or really care.
