  1. Panthers bot is working 1000%. You just can't see it and I apologize for that. Jay-Z had a bot and he trusted it and look where he is today.
  2. It will end up being Leftwich. Kahn seems to go for the storyline in his decision making much like Hurney did. Truth is, he would be a much better HC for Lawrence than Meyer could ever be.
  3. They would beat us, but Rhule would say we did everything we wanted to do.
  4. This is what has been the case for Rhule's votes of confidence for many of his players.
  5. Priority #1: new coaching staff (including HC) Priority #2: OL. Fix it. Make it stout. Throw all the money into that. (Only #2 because I don't trust the current staff to know what they're doing) Priority #3: QB. Find a young one in the model of of Cam and let Cam mentor him. (OL is priority over this because QB situation will never get better until OL does.) Priority #4: trade away CMC and Derrick Brown for picks and let the new coaching staff fill the holes.
  6. You can't fix the coaching and not fire Rhule. He's a life coach, not a football coach. Being a life coach might be enough for kids in college, but NFL requires X's and O's guys.
  7. First half last week. I'm not even tempted to watch.
  8. Having a crappy NFL team is better than no NFL team I guess. Maybe we shouldn't care about winning. As for those "whiny" psl owners who are fed up with blowing their cash on a team who just loses, if it wasn't for them the seats would be even more empty. We shouldn't settle. None of us should.
  9. I'm hoping to be doing something other than watch that game.
  10. Don't want Rhule here. It would still be his team and that's the biggest problem.
  11. Lol @Catsfan69 doesn't like me banning someone for a racist comment.
  12. tempting to require that, but i'm not going to fault someone for erring on the side of optimism. i almost made a thread yesterday asking where all the knights are defending the team and coaching staff are. it was a bit concerning because usually we have a handful of diehards who come in farting rainbows everywhere and i was glad they were in here because at least someone believed. i just wasn't seeing that. obviously there are a few optimistic people in here. i'm glad to have them around.
  13. i would be totally ok with being wrong and will gladly eat a second helping of crow and wear my week old underwear on my head for penance. i just don't see that poo happening.
  14. I start by banning pricks who ask too many questions just to be annoying
  15. I know I keep going back to this three years or get someone else, but I'd invite anyone to back through the Superbowl era and find all of the coaches who were able to get a ring 3 or at the most 4 years after being hired by that team. It just doesn't happen. If the goal is to get a ring and you can't do it in 3-4 years with a coach, you won't do it with them at all. Taking several years to build a team seems like a nice idea, but a team that takes more than 3 years for a coach to build isn't going to win you a championship. That's not being narrow minded. That's just straight facts.
  16. They won't win a championship. If a coach doesn't win a championship in the first 3 years (sometimes 4 depending on QB situation), it's not going to happen. If we're looking at it taking several drafts we're doing it wrong. A coach that takes 3years to build the team before you're winning should be fired.
  17. Point is... if the new coach can't field a winning team in 2 years, we got the wrong one. A good coach, the right coach, can do it.
  18. Then it will take 2 coaches. Theres enough pieces to get the ball rolling. Fixing the OL via FA and draft is the biggest thing. You hire the right guy and he will be able to get the few right pieces we need to get this team winning in 2 and Superbowl in 3. The right coach can make it work. The right coach makes the most of the talent they have and they get it done quickly.
