so we have one QB that sees ghosts and the other that's afraid to throw the ball to his WRs. and Corrall....let's go Corrall.

offense: Corrall (eventually) Thomas or Tremble (won't be both, but one of them is going to get used a lot i think) TMJ OL (as a unit... cop out answer but whatever) defense: Derrick Brown YGM Jaycee and CJ as a tandem.

just don't see him as an aggressive competitor.

sorry. not a believer in mayfield. he might be good for one or two more wins than darnold, but not much more.

I say 4 maybe 5. They start off with a couple wins then lose but try to keep darn old and probably Mayfield in there and keep on losing then they put corrall in there at the end and win a few more.

best way to learn is to do. he'll get it figured out and he's not got a fragile psyche so he'll be able to handle the pressure and overcome/learn from mistakes rather than get shaken by them and crumble. the dude is tough and tenacious.

with sammy you could say (and we said) that we hadn't seen him with much talent around him. of course you could also say that for him last year, but that's another issue. you can't say that for baker. he's had talent around him, and he still couldn't get the job done. what makes anyone think that he'd be more successful here? cleveland was left wanting to go another direction for a reason. we'd be in the same boat. worse, we'd be compelled to start him over corral or sammy. the whole thing is just a mess that i wish we'd avoid, but it's starting to look like him coming here is unavoidable. we'd have a guy that sees ghosts and another that is afraid to throw the ball.
