  1. And I can't wait till he's out of the fuggin league.
  2. Surprisingly good question, meaning I'm surprised that it's a legit question concerning Sammy...not that I'm surprised you asked one. The ONLY way I'm doing it is if he keeps doing this well and we make it to the NFCCG, which I don't see happening. But even at that, I would still draft a QB next year no later than day 2. Now I wouldn't be opposed to keeping him around if we draft a QB who isn't ready to start right out of the gate and as a backup.
  3. I don't trust them at all, except that I trust them to make it interesting....which is a vast upgrade from what we've had for a few years
  4. I hope you're right. With this team either everything clicks or nothing clicks. The times it doesn't is when you have every reason to think it should. When you think things won't work, we go beast mode.
  5. Yeah there's some things that Leaf pointed out that I really didn't notice. I've just been so focused on "please don't screw this up Sammy" to realize that Sammy has been playing really well. I mean I'm not near the point where I can trust him or feel good about him, but I'm feeling better about him. Now I'm not saying that we should look at him as a long term answer but....you know....if IF he keeps playing like this and we make it to the the NFCCG, maybe we shouldn't just be thinking about keeping Wilks, but also MacAdoo and Sammy. I don't expect that to happen, but if it does I'm of the persuasion that if it's working that we'll, you don't blow it up and start over. You keep going that direction.
  6. He's done a lot of maturing and gotten a lot better perspective. Been watching him fill in for Rich Eisen from time to time and wasn't expecting to be impressed, but I was.
  7. definitely cauliflower. a journey to the middle of the cauliflower.
  8. So basically.... We done this before. Experience calling plays a MUST.
  9. i like him. i don't want to go into next season with him as the attempted answer at QB, though. we could and have done worse, but still...i just don't want to go the vet route again. draft one and throw him in there.
  10. i think the big problem is a QB having all the tools and what he does with them. Josh Allen has them all and uses them correctly. Carson Wentz has all the tools and misuses them. one other major issue wentz has is his attitude...abrasive personality, poor leadership skills, not coachable. none of these things have i heard being issues for Levis. the only comparison i see talked about is a guy with top tier talent and ability, but who is massively inconsistent.
  11. you want him to keep being head coach? then don't let him down. don't let there be another steelers type loss. win games. that's how you keep him. you win games.
  12. This just means it's so easy to find a good running back that the wife of a bad coach can spot one in the 4th round.
  13. No one does, but he's been busted for posting fake stuff in the past multiple times. The only thing helping him right now is that he didn't start a thread saying that.
  14. Did you? Where did Steve Reed say he is out for the 2023 season? I'm giving you a chance. Saying "told ya" didn't help your case. I've told you about posting fake poo in the past. Show me the tweet or you'll be missing the next couple weeks.
  15. If this is fake you're gone for at least a week.
  16. Shouldn't be difficult. Will probably be.
  17. Shouldn't be too difficult of a schedule.
  18. He's not wrong. Doesn't matter where you take him, it's going to be a risk. There are no safe bets. Not much better off taking him in the top 5 picks than you are in the second half of the first round. Won't know what you got until you see them play at the pro level.
