Not the best ever, but definitely one of the top few.

She makes me happy.

Chiefs were lucky to get that strip+6. Game shouldn't be as close as it is.

Are they doing 'Grinch: the musical' during halftime?
-
I think Mahomes will be back in, but I don't know that they will be able to overcome the Eagles D and the Chiefs D just doesn't have a handle on what the Eagles are pulling off.

Lots of reasons to hate the refs, but aside from that Bradberry no call it's been pretty good

Aside from that fluke turnover philly has been in control.

That Hurts turnover was a fluke. Dude is in control.

You don't bring Carr in to be a bridge QB. You bring him in to be your franchise guy.

Good Article on potential OC target Brian Johnson
rayzor replied to Mills's topic in Carolina Panthers
He'll be the next OC for the eagles. I'm moving in from him as a realistic prospect. -
My first attempt at college was outside Philly and I was there for about 3 years. I liked it up there a lot. I guess Ive got more of a connection to there than KC where I've only been for a couple nights and there was nothing there that really impressed me. I'll be pulling for Philly, but if KC wins it won't bother much. I'm just happy it's not the pats or Brady or the cowboys or any other NFCS team.

Our QB coach already has a relationship established with Sammy and Sammy is already here. Just roll with him.

Agreed. I'd take Young without any hesitation. I'd be ok with and would even be excited about him depending on who was coaching him. But I think Stroud is who I'm really hoping for. No one has me as excited as Cam did coming out of college, but that GA game is having the same kind of solidifying effect on me that Cam's Iron Bowl game did. Mccowns video has really pushed me towards Stroud even more.

I just wonder how much can be fixed with good coaching. That's something I'd like to see.....from a distance....on another team.

That really sounds like Chud to me. Chud just pulled plays out of his notebook just to see what cool thing he could do. There was no situational awareness and he didn't tailor play calling based on personnel on the field. He wasn't trying to build anything. He just wanted to show off his ingenuity. That's why he failed with the browns. He's a one hit/one year wonder.

It really doesn't matter what Ballard thinks or suggests. Irsay already knows what he's going to do. All the rest is just for show. He's going with Saturday and his QB is going to be Levis and he'll likely trade up to get him. There is nothing logical or rational about it. When your owner is drunk before 2pm and on coke after 4, don't expect there to be much in the way of logic and reason.

I would love it. Word is, though, that Pep is tied to that area because his son is in high school there and is making a name for himself as a QB and Pep wants to be a part of it/present for it. I wouldn't blame him for trying to find some way to stay in that area. He's among my first couple choices for OC, though, Brian Johnson being the other.
-
I really don't have a problem with this because I trust Reich and McCown in their assessment and tutelage. And, if their choice of OC is also someone who is a QB specialist of some kind, then I'll feel even better about what ever plan they have. I haven't trusted any coaching staff here with QBs or the offense in general the way I'm trusting these guys.

That's what I'm thinking...not that CJ is below Levis. I think that Levis is the type QB that irsay wants. Just seems like too natural of a fit. Then we only need to get ahead of the Raiders because no one knows what they are going to do. If they get Rodgers then we'll be ok, but aside from Texans, Colts and possibly the Raiders, there isn't anyone else in the top 10 going after a QB.

The Athletic talks about who our OC could be as of now……
rayzor replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
The only way I would feel comfortable drafting AR is if Brian Johnson is the OC -
I'll just say that at this point I don't really care who they pick to be the next QB because 1) I know they know more than me and 2) I know they know what they're doing and 3) I know they'll get someone that they can make successful...and this is without even knowing who the OC will be because I know that based on who they have hired this far that even that selection will be a home run choice. I've got faith in this group of coaches to do the right thing.

He would make a lot of sense and you'd have to think he'd rather be with Reich.
