Fugging one game into a new coaching staff, new QB and tons of new pieces on this team....and it's enough to decide it's a wash? Just shut up with that poo.

So when we're trailing at the end of a game we lose? Startling revelation.

I don't care what we wear as long as we win. And if we lose, what we were wearing will be the least of our concerns. So, essentially, it doesn't matter. But please, continue the freakout.

my most memorable golfing experiences (and probably the most fun) was golfing when the snow started. golfed as long as we could in it. just golfing or even hiking/backpacking in really cold and crazy weather makes for the best memories.

You've got 24 hours after the game to vent or freak out or however it is you overreact. Still no insulting other users. Still no spamming the forum with a thread for every thought that pops in your head about how we suck and the season is over. Limit yourself to one, at the most, two threads or you'll be taking a break. For those freaking out about everyone freaking out. ..do yourself a favor and step away for a day. After tomorrow and you've sobered up and had a chance to talk to your therapist, let it go and move on to the saints. At that point it's ok to discuss issues, but get a hold of yourself. Talk to someone, take something, smoke something, knit something, do some paper mache...just find some way to cope.

Freaking out threads don't have to be consistent. You just hit the panic button and just start throwing everything you can find.

First game of the year so I'm free generous, but I won't guarantee I'll stay like this. If anyone else sees them doing this crap, report it and I'll make sure we don't have any more threads fugged up because of this poo.

teams can bench players for disagreements. it makes sense that when there is a contractual disagreements that the players can bench themselves. and it's not like it doesn't cost them, they have to pay fines/penalties for missing time. if they are ok with that then go ahead. it sucks for fans and teammates and coaches that are depending on them, but players have very few tools at their disposal aside from sitting out. do what you can when you have to.

That will end up being 10-20mil that we can't spend on others to make the team better. Hope you like mediocrity, because that's the type of team you force by taking up so much of the cap. It's bad enough that QBs do that, but considering it's the most important position on the team and the figurehead of the franchise and so much is piled on their shoulders, but giving that much more of a limited cap to another player just cripples the team.

I seem to remember some other poster talking about this a few times. We'll have to wait and see, but yes I'd say it's very likely.

Can't help but think of Peppers. We were in a fugged up situation in which I think the decision we made hurt the team. Not sure what we should have done, but what we did hurt us.
