The bills had plenty of opportunities to win but they made terrible decisions at the end of regulation. The rules allowed them to squib kick and run time off the clock, they chose not to and lost.

I think it was decided by the bills not squib kicking the ball at the end.

Jay is probably as desperate as Rhule. After the way his bro went down, he might be having a hard time getting a job. Ultimately there's always a place for underperforming, underqualified and outcast coaches on the panthers.
