Agree, my wife lost her father back in November and her boss, who lives in Connecticut, sent flowers and she had one of her underwriters, who is local, attend the visitation. I really don't know who or why someone would expect more than that.
I know that's my point. Where was J-Stew or Tolbert? What about his neighbor, Thomas Davis? Shouldn't he care more about why these guys didn't come as opposed to not getting a call from JR?
D-Will should have more of an issue with his "friends" on the team not coming to the funeral than JR reaching out to him. To me it would hurt worse that my friends didn't show up as opposed to my boss not reaching out. It's definitely a sad time for D-Will but I think the anger/resentment is misplaced if he has an issue with the front office.
