Wow, I’m not criticizing you at all. I am simply telling you that BOA is not an intimidating place for the opposing teams to play, and I believe that affects our “luck”. It is simply my opinion. You are correct, there is no scientific data that proves a loud crowd affects players. It is again my opinion.

No one is blaming the fans. I’m saying that a screaming crowd will make a kicker miss, or pump the home team up to strip a ball. We just don’t have the following the other teams have and it shows. My god were you there when we played San Francisco? It was me and two other guys in our entire section wearing blue panther gear, everyone else was red. It makes a huge difference.

Home field advantage plays a huge part. Since our fans only show up when we are winning, this chart seems about right. If we had more dedicated loud, raucous fans, it would be different.

I’m on the Michael Mayer train. Dude would be kelce for us, for years. Wilson will not come here until after his 4th year, so that’s not happening.

It just sucks to be a fan of any Carolina team at the moment. Oh well hopefully it will get better.

In my mind (and I am old), this has always been the way football was played. Slow run dominating offenses wear the other teams defense out. After 3 Quarters that slow method leaves an exhausted defense that can grab control of the game. Pass happy offenses score quicker with fewer plays, and sells more tickets, but it is not as successful as run dominating teams. Are pass happy offensive teams exciting to watch? yes. Is it a complete recipe for success, it is against a defense molded to stop the pass. ex 3-3 or nickel, but not against the run.

We have to find a way to keep Bozeman. Somehow someway, I like the continuity of this oline. Get it done Fitt.

I can’t say about first round, but Michael Mayer in the second would be awesome. He is the TE we have been missing. Notice all great offensive teams have a deadly TE. Kittle, Kelce, and Mark Andrews to name a few. If we want offense we need a pass catching TE. That is one of the biggest things we are missing on offense. Mayer is projected to go 1st round, 8th pick.

Hey here is a great idea, let’s let our new head coach and Scott decide what QB we should go after. It is obvious Rhule had no idea what type of QB he wanted. The next coach may want a veteran or a QB in the draft. I am not a fan of giving up two years worth of 1st round picks.

You’re not going to win them all. Carolina looked sloppy and slow. They will pick it back up, nothing to be overly concerned about. I did not like shuffling lines while you were still in the game.

We are very light at the linebacker position. Snow wanted to run primarily 4-3, and 3-3, with 5 DBs. News flash, light linebackers and heavy secondary players equals lots and lots of running yards. I am disappointed we aren’t sending more corner blitzes, it’s about all we can do.
