I disagree. We have the second best record in the league. I understand the trade deadline is underwhelming for some, especially compared to other seasons, but man, enjoy what we currently have.

They may be loading up, but chemistry and line switching is a bitch. It may take those teams a month or two to get chemistry right between lines.

I know Waddell wants something more than a rental, but I am hearing Patches wants to give it another try next year, hum. If we got Timo and Patches with this core, wow.

I have to be honest, I completely agree. This is a pro team, I have no problem NC State getting represented, but this feels like NCSU has a hockey team. The band, the jackets, Dave Doeren, it just doesn’t feel like a NHL game. This should be about the hurricanes, not NCSU.

If I were there I would either be at Backyard Bistro, or Buffalo Brothers.

Svech simply out worked several Canadians on the boards that led to two goals. Ok he didn’t score the goal, but he got the assists. Sometimes his best work is on the boards with hits and pressures. He is just fine. I will say the entire team is having issues holding pucks and catching passes.
