  1. right now is cross country season anyways. i'll try to start getting serious about it when the season ends.
  2. i hear so many different things. my friends are constantly drinking shakes and all that and talk about how many calories you need to consume after lifting to really add muscle. idk any of this. i need to start going, i'm a member of a huge nice gym but i kinda hate going cause i see so many friends and girls and it's embarrassing :/
  3. I really need to start lifting. My body's just not made to be a big time lifter. I'm skin and bones. I can run for days but girls aren't as easily impressed by that lol
  4. i worked out my legs earlier in the gym then went on a run 4.5 mile run.... yeah they're shot right now
  5. ran 4 miles today then hit up the gym shortly after. my legs are gone, summer runs are miserable
  6. i wish you would. You probably wear a panthers jersey everyday and whack off to the players.
