  1. Best available TE or WR. Draft all offense. Devote the entire draft to getting weapons/protection for Bryce. Defense is already solid. Keep our defensive free agents if possible. Plug defensive holes with affordable free agents. Done.
  2. Why not claim him and then ask him to redo his deal? if not, we can always cut him later. We are deficient of talent, we need good players.
  3. why not? he's not returning next season so might as well get something in return.
  4. I grew up in Charlotte; however, I’ve been living in Maryland (near Annapolis) for awhile now. I rarely come across any Panther fans here. I’m curious if there are any groups meeting up or Panther bars in my local area. I know Baltimore used to have one, but I don’t go there anymore and DC is too far for me. Prefer to stay local in Anne Arundel County. I have Sunday Ticket so I’ll probably be watching a lot games at home with my kids, but wouldn’t mind catching some night games out with some folks if there is anyone near me.
  5. Only 2 of the 3 (Corbett, Zavala, Christensen) will remain with the team in 2 years. Zavala will likely be one of them. 1 of the other 2 will be extended and the other will walk.
  6. PrimoHoagies in the mid-atlantic region. Anything else that was listed here doesn't touch their subs. Thread.
  7. Nobody remembers: Record Holder: Doug Evans, eight interceptions (2001) The 2001 Carolina Panthers were the single worst team in franchise history, losing 15 straight games after winning their season opener to go 1-15 and earn the dubious distinction of being the worst team in the league. Perhaps the lone bright spot on the team was veteran cornerback Doug Evans, who had one of the best seasons of his NFL career. Evans had an interception in six straight games from Week Two to Week Eight, and would add two more interceptions before season's end. Evans' record-setting performance did little to help his team win, however, as the Panthers became the first team to win their season opener and then lose out the rest of the year since the 1969 Pittsburgh Steelers.
  8. We should do an All-time list, but with a twist. You may include guys who were 1-year players, but had great careers elsewhere or 1-hit wonders. Here's mine: QB: Newton, Delhomme, Beurlein, Collins WR: Smitty, Muhammad, Keyshawn, Jeffers TE: Olsen, Shockey, Walls OL: Gross, Khalil, Wharton, Wahle, RB: CMC, Stewart, Williams, Stephen Davis FB: Hoover, Tolbert DL: Peppers, Rucker, Charles Johnson, Reggie White, Jenkins, Hardy LB: Luke, TD, Kevin Greene, Mills, Lathon CB: Gamble, Norman, Tillman, Bradberry, Eric Davis, Lucas S: Minter, Coleman, K: Casey P: Hekker
  9. I'm getting Dwayne Haskins/Jamarcus Russell vibes from Stroud....PASS
  10. Maybe. He'll be 32 next season and appears to be trending down. Is he really better than Darnold at this point?
  11. I think Holcomb sticks around, but I hope we can find someone better at DC and move him to a different role. McAdoo may stick around if we make the playoffs, but wouldn't mind an upgrade there. I hope we keep Campen and Tabor and make upgrades everywhere else we can. Need Tepper to shell out the money for better coaches.
  12. We have a history of overpaying to keep FA's. Robby, D-Jax, Ian Thomas, are recent examples of that. We paid McCaffrey early and he got hurt right after that. We should have just kept Reddick. Bozeman, I think will take a less money to stay here, no need to break the bank on him.
  13. He might even take less than 10 mill a year. I got the sense he took less money to be here. Baltimore is real shitty.
  14. Charlotte is full of transplants from up north, which is why we have a weak fanbase. I don't know how many Charlotte natives are left. I'm probably one of the few.
  15. No need to cut him. Just don't resign him when his contract expires.
