Yeah! Cam had 35 TDs and only 10 ints in 2015! If he had these receivers, man. Might have had 45 TDs!

I called this morning also. I got the same kind of no answer answer!

Stafford didn’t want to come to the Panthers
Louie replied to raleigh-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
I read that on Saturday Stafford and his wife was having dinner with McVay and his fiance in Cabo in Mexico, not long after the deal was signed. Stafford owns a ranch SE of LA. This is where Stafford wanted to go! The Lions new GM came from the Rams and helped to draft Goff. So, I think pretty much this was going to happen this way. -

That's a lie! I would take Stafford over the majority of QBs playing right now, except 3 or 4 of the best! How many games did we lose by one score in 2020? Matthew Stafford has led the NFL in game winning drives three separate times during his decade plus as the Detroit Lions quarterback. His ever-growing collection of fourth quarter comebacks (28) is well beyond his years, and ranks among some of the best quarterbacks to ever play the game.May 19, 2020

Prime Tom Brady or Prime Aaron Rodgers - Who would you want?
Louie replied to Zod's topic in Carolina Panthers
I think Brady is the GOAT, but I think Rodgers because of his mobility and his arm. If I’m building a franchise. -
I have a friend that works in the county healthcare system here in Cabarrus County. This week there were only 7 people in the hospital with COVID and only 80 known ACTIVE cases. Our county, next to Charlotte, has 260,000 people. So, that’s 7 in the hospital and 80 cases. So, that’s .03% of the population that’s actively infected? You never hear about the recovered cases numbers. I think it’s time to start getting back to some semblance of life, imho.

Is Kony Ealy the next great Panthers defensive end?
Louie replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
This morning on WFNZ on the MaC Attack, Ron Rivera was being interviewed and said "to be honest, I wasn't as high on Kony Ealy as Dave Gettleman, but he said, Ron, this is your next Josh Norman. Ron thinks it is starting to click with Ealy and he believes he is poised to do great things next season." I thought it was interesting at how honest Ron was when talking about a player. -

Official Panthers at Cowboys Gameday Thread
Louie replied to Jeremy Igo's topic in Carolina Panthers
How many holding penalties have we gotten? 3 or 4? This year we have been really good and hardly gotten any at all. The Cowboys haven't gotten any. You know they have been holding like hell to stop our defense. These Refs are trying to screw us. -
"Run the BallProtect 12Don't have 12 throw 40+ timesRun the ballThis game has that SF 49ers feel to it when we beat Kapernick & Co. A top defense with a suspect offense. If the good Colts show up, we win this easily. Bad Colts show..... Pagano could be looking for a new job sooner than later " HHaha, WTF???? The Panthers are the top defense. You just think you are going to pound the rock against them? When have the Colts done that successfully this year? The Panthers have a suspect offense? Dude, they are number 1 in the NFL in rushing. I hope we pound them into the dirt on MNF. That neck beard QB is about to have some more problems to add to the injury report (or hide). Panthers win 24-13.

That's the one! I had season tickets and was at the game! It was magical, and was the catalyst for the great year to come!

I still have a framed picture of him catching that TD pass in the Jacksonville game from our first game of the year on our superbowl run hanging in my office at work!

Also, it's notable that Cam has had inferior weapons and a constantly rotating offensive line, while Luck has had Reggie Wayne and T.Y. Hilton! Even after all that, Newton's QB rating is 85.4 vs. Luck at 86.6. Let's see how Newton does with an improved O line and upgraded receiving targets this year. I bet it will be even closer. There will always be a bias against Cam Newton for some reason. Even if he wins a championship people like Adam Shine will say, "Cam Newtin" won because of his team!
