Crazy idea. Canales at QB, Bryce calls the plays. Who says no? Can't imagine Canales would do worse and Bryce is probably damn good at calling plays after studying for Madden, um, I mean the S2 test for all those years.

I don't know that he even should get this level of credit. The way to not get blown out is to hand it to Rico 30 times and shorten the game. The plan today appeared to be, enjoy northern California and have fun playing at night, and not much more than that.

I feel for Canales because BY clearly isn't a QB that he wants. But also, if we get rid of both and get a coach that can use Rico correctly, I'll take it. Rico with a coach like McDaniel breaks records.

We are a run first team talent wise, with a pass first coach. Probably the worst coach/talent combination we've had. We've had worse coaches. We've had worse talent. Can't remember a team where desired scheme and team talent were so out of synch. He doesn't have the players to run the offense he wants to, and he's too stubborn to run an offense based on the talent he has.

I was expecting like 41 to 13. So the loss isn't a surprise. How they got there, little bit surprised.

I think up the seams, he can make it work on a longer throw. To the sidelines, its just not part of his skillset.

The only time Rico should have only 6 carries in a game is after the first drive of the game where he gets it 6 times and scores. 4th quarter, six carries, that cannot be defended by anyone.
