  1. For those knocking Phil Snow earlier in this thread.... he called a blitz on almost every play that drive
  2. our talent is better. Reggie B. is beter than Mack at this point. Mack just isnt what he was. He is just a name now. That is why he has fallen down the deppth chart in indy.
  3. Mack has been on a downward slope every since his achilles tear. Bummer because he used to be good.
  4. Saints will finish bottom of division this year
  5. Meh, I wouldn’t compare those two to horn, horn is gonna have a much bigger impact on the roster than those two. Also, No one is worried about the taints.
  6. So is open practice, fan fest, team media and game 1 of the season.
  7. It’s fair to assume that the league is beginning to realize that preseason isn’t as valuable as once perceived. Last year’s lack of preseason really changed the mindsets of franchises
  8. I think this is more of “can tremble show out and take Ian’s job” rather than “let’s put Ian in to secure his job”
  9. No one is discounting capabilities. We are judging last nights performance. He had a lot to learn and grow into still. I don’t see him making an impact this year.
  10. I didn’t watch the game but I did just watch this link. Trey did not look good. He looked middle of the road. Doesn’t mean he will won’t hit his ceiling though. things he will hear from coaches today: 1. step up in the pocket when you feel that outside pressure rather than start to scramble backwards 2. throw it away 3. get off your first read @top dawgi know you are defending the guy pretty hard, but he was the reason for 3 out of the 4 sacks, and there was only 3 dropped balls you could blame on the receiver, and honestly the first one would never have gotten to the receiver against a starting defense. That was a duck and thrown laterally- which you never do as a quarterback. Trey looked timid and rarely confident, and I was worried about his throwing form before the draft and still am after watching that. Kinda looks like a young Colin Kaepernick
  11. Yeah exactly. Not sure how this varies from what I said. Thanks for linking.
  12. One could argue it’s more of a Weiss offense than Erhardt Perkins. But yes you are correct. He is the right fit for it.
  13. what a great idea. Let's replace our injured linebackers with a linebacker that has only played 26 games out of the last 48 and only played one full season his entire career. OH! and just coming off of a serious career threateniing injury.
  14. you dont know Rhule. you have demonstrated that heavily here.
  15. according to this NFL o-lineman dont reach their peak until their late 20s... so it appears Brady has plenty of time. https://socalledfantasyexperts.com/aging-curve-nfl-offensive-players-every-single-position/
  16. if Moore never becomes a regular 53 man player in the NFL.... does this assumption matter?
  17. it was still a fun experience. Felt so good to be in a loud stadium again. Home opener is going to be amazing!
  18. not sure what that has to do with how Cowboys are handling how they are bringing a player into their respective role.
  19. What I am seeing from this fluff piece is that a team with a huge gap at second level with their current mundane linebacker core and they are making parsons a joker backer instead of a traditional MLB (their biggest weakness). Considering McCarthy's past with how he handles his defense ... Cowboys are heading for another swirl in their positional leadership on their defense.
  20. you are referring the to the defensive end, right? https://www.dallasnews.com/sports/cowboys/2021/06/08/cowboys-minicamp-observations-micah-parsons-getting-looks-at-de-dallas-still-needs-a-backup-qb/
  21. I mean look at the colts. Between them and the Cowboys.... I dont know who have been a more injured team of the last decade.
