    It’s a good story overall. He is now the highest paid assistant in the nfl and elected to come back the team that gave him a chance, and to try and win it all. also, didn’t he decline the first in person interview? I thought we only had a call with him?

    Not just that… teams don’t do spontaneous interviews with executive staff. This is a requirement of the nfl… they tell teams when their executive staff need to speak to media.

    i still dont understand how no NFL show has not tried to recreate NBA Tonight on TNT .... that show is one of the best sports shows on TV.

    Falcons CB Jeff Okudah (ankle) missed Wednesday’s practice. Okudah has been dealing with an ankle injury since early August, but was on track for an “early season” return according to head coach Arthur Smith. Smith didn’t specify whether or not Okudah would play in Week 1 against the Panthers, but it sounds like he’s trending toward being out given his start to the week. We’ll see if he’s able to suit up for either of the final two days of practice.
