First, Samir wasnt here for KK, CMC, and Tre Boston's contract.... so you cant blame him for those contract. Second, that is short term cap and zero impact on following seasons due to strcuture of the contract for RA. We have an out post 2022, and like stated before if traded next year, we gain 15mil back in cap. Sure, if they previous FO didnt fug the cap, we could have gone out and bought lineman. This current staff inherited almost 50million of dead cap last year.....

1. Robby's contract is a 1 year deal. If he is traded post 6/1 we get all of the money back based on how the contract is structured. So if we hit the shitter, we can shop him for a conditional pickl to a contender who needs a deep threat, and it doesnt impact at all and we gain a pick. 2. Samir has zero say in a rookie contract

MH used old practices. Loomis opened the door to a ton of new exploits in the NFL salary cap. What we saw with MH was someone who didnt know what they were doing. It was obvious. This is a good article of how Mickey has gamed the system. This is why NFL teams are moving to a multi-manager front office. Old single GM run model of an NFL franchise isnt going to last much longer.

this what Matt Rhule said in his presser today.... interesting that he didnt start BC sooner.

what a weird comment.... why does his looks even matter?

It appears Pep was just in the wrong place at wrong time. He wasnt short term due to his capabiltiies, but rather the coaches he worked for were fired after a single year. He has been in the league for a long time, and has worked on many different teams. He has called plays successfully at the pro level, and was an assistant head coach in CLE. He checks the boxes.

seems like you have input on Pep. Has he really failed anywhere he has gone? Ive been looking into it and I cant really find anything outside of the Luck injury season.

agreed. Some might say that Dan Campbell will be of the same mold.

All started in the trenches for the Titans. We were following the right blueprint, but we just did it in the wrong order. Titans have a ridiculously strong O-Line. They were stronger last year though. Their drafting however has been pretty bad the last two years.

The Colts won their division 2 years in a row with Pep at OC and made it to the AFC championship game. He even called the plays in that AMAZING playoff game against the Chiefs where the Colts came back down 38-10. They loss to the Patriots both years in the playoffs.

He is stated to be a QB Whisperer. He has coached the following QBs: 1. Andrew Luck (7 years including college at Stanford as the OC) 2. Justin Herbert (Rookie year) 3. Davis Mills (this year)

right, thats fair. But dont go after someone who is attempting to be optimistic. Thats the point here. Not people espressing their feeling. People going after each other is really the issue here. At the end of the day its just football. -
