OL vs QB, be carefull what you wish for
TheCasillas replied to AU-panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
The only way we would resign Sam Darnold is if he throws for over 4k yards and 30+ TDs and less than 10 TOs. If that happened, our OC would be gone after this year for another HC gig. -
He probably did say it but with more context. Like "if you are dont give 100% on the practice field, then how can I trust you to give 100% on game day? That kind of effort wil lead you playing nowhere in this league"

Can’t believe the refs missed that call….

Albright: Panthers circling on Pickett
TheCasillas replied to electro's horse's topic in Carolina Panthers
we are gonna trade back. This is all a smokescreen. We are attempting to create hype at the 6th pick. Doesnt matter how it will play out, all that matters is there no reason to get all up in arms about it. -
How would YOU address our need at MLB?
TheCasillas replied to WarPanthers89's topic in Carolina Panthers
If Shaq continues his muscle/weight gain, then yes he could play the mlb role. You need a big bodied player who can shed blocks and get to the whole. I like your idea. -
Joe Brady to the Saints? Speculation about OC
TheCasillas replied to ladypanther's topic in Carolina Panthers
Dude the article is an opinion piece from a saints fan… it’s not a national publication written by a national columnist. these sub sites are just fan run op-eds on the USA Today platform. Like a blog. -
This would alll make sense if football wasn’t a 3 team sport (offense, defense, special teams) but it is. this is basically like saying Matthew stafford is bad qb because he has only had 3 winnings seasons before coming to the rams. you need to look at the accomplishments of each of these coaches. They have flipped last in the league positions to top of the league. Developed players into all pros and fielded some of the leagues best units over their years. They did their jobs, and that’s what matters right now for our franchise. We are going from green coaches to tenured coaches. We saw the impact of inexperienced position coaches last year.

Hire Brian Flores as a coaching consultant.
TheCasillas replied to hepcat's topic in Carolina Panthers
Thats a lot of distration to bring in right now, we are already in shambles. -
All this proves is Tepper said to Rhule "new staff or new coach.... your pick. You got 1 year."

What is Torry Holt up to these days? He is from NC and is an intelligent player
-
Steve Smith wouldnt make it to week 1 without physically harming someone on the team. We do need someone to whip TMJ into shape though. Whether its coaching or dedication... it needs to be a top focus this year.
-
id be surprised if Rhule hired these people to ignore them. Rhule has always been boasted as someone people enjoyed working with. WE will see though.
-
we've brought in a lot of head coaches on this staff.

so much for the narrative

that would be great! He would be legit.

Raiders hired Panthers secondary coach Jason Simmons for the same position. Simmons played 10 years in the NFL before transitioning over to the coaching ranks. He spent two years in Carolina coaching the secondary and will now hold the same title for Josh McDaniels' staff in Las Vegas. The Broncos interviewed Simmons for their defensive coordinator opening a few weeks ago, but he did not get the job.

or a top gun like beach volley ball tourney

in all honesty, Id rather see them play football wtihout pads. Like wrap up or flag football. I feel like we could see some really cool backyard football type poo.

First we hear that the coach is in hot water and now we here Kyler wants to leave. Something is up in the copper state.
