  1. Yeah I am following. I get your point. I will say this as a continuation of the topic, I was able to sit in on two of the blind interviews…. these two fans were able to speak to the stadium experience like it was their daily lives, I was pretty impressed. Then of course when asked when they became panthers fans…. 2012
  2. Time of year won’t really change our approach or responses. It’s not about hype but rather the what, why, and how. We are being pretty intentional based on our convos with the leadership group at t sports. ultimately it will lead to a change in the digital experience, stadium experience and branding of the panthers.
  3. My company is actually doing user research on how to get more engagement for the franchise right now. we are getting some really interesting feedback (outside of put a winning product on the field). The researchers that are on this have interviewed a ton of people, all types of fans. the interesting part is that even though the panthers aren’t winning, the majority said they would still attend and follow the team. now… when we spoke to fans by proxy, the results were brutal. Fair weather fans dissipate real fast. the engagement is supposed to end in March, im looking forward to the results from the team.
  4. Kyler is so hard to judge, bc that air raid offense had the offensive talent to run at a premium. I dont know how much of that was Kyler. He defintely has a rocket for an arm, and dont get me wrong id be hyped if we had him. However, im concerned about the following: 1. Durability 2. Longevity 3. how easy it is to rattle him 4. How many times he has depended on the WR winning the jump ball 5. The screen game amping his numbers
  5. Derek Carr would be an awesome land for us. That is my only 2 cents.
  6. Ian Rappaport > some former writer for the minnesota tribune from 2 years ago
  7. Pretty sweet that the raiders are that high up considering they have deemed as the worst drafting team in the NFL since Gruden was hired.
  8. There won’t be a single QB option this team won’t explore this off-season. I expect many more of these.
  9. I can’t get past his mechanics. It’s the one thing about him that just screams career backup at best to me. However, I can praise he has a knack for making good decisions
  10. ill be damned, you are right. Voth only mentioned Jeremiah in his mail bag today. But yeah, won't happen.
  11. Voth pretty much said we are NOT going CB today in his mailbag. He was stating that it was just a single sports columinist drumming up clicks and really doing a BPA and not mocking what a team will actually do.
  12. Or jordan love , Haskins and wentz? None of them are “elite athletes”
  13. This video has me hyping on Malik. Kid is a hoss for his height and that arm is big money. He def needs some coaching but the concept that was mentioned in the old man’s bag today : “dump Darnold, sign Cam to mentor Malik for 2022” is sounding pretty attractive.
  14. https://www.nbcsportsedge.com/article/offseason-team-previews/2022-panthers-offseason-preview Basically tells us what we already know.
  15. This has literally happened happened TWICE in the last 20 first round picks…. 1. Star 2. Butler and neither of those players got “overpaid.” How is this “typical panthers fashion ?” also, this example is not a buy high example at all. Drafting a player is far cheaper than signing players ….
  16. caring and bitching are two different things. Comparing a newly minted franchise coming to your home city to slamming a door on your dick, sounds like bitching to me. Not caring. you are entitled to your choice of suffering, but dont attempt to bring others with you. Its what you do in grade school, not as an adult.
  17. As long as long Tomlin and Harbaugh are in that division, there are no gaurantees to win the division back to back. You give them both a healthy QB, and Bengals arent even a wild card team this year.
  18. weird. I honeslty dont care who the owner is. I go to sports events because I enjoy the atmosphere and the social scene around me. Ive been a fan of shittier run franchises, and to this day i seriously dont care. Ive been in Charlotte for a VERY long time, and watching the growth and expansion of this city has been awesome and something im grateful for. The good news is that a sports franchise isnt forced upon anyone. You can choose to like it or not like it. I choose to like it. I highly doubt im the only one with this mentality.
