  1. Draft best option at QB. Sign a vet to support both MC9 and the first round QB. Vets like Tyrod Taylor, McCoy, Huntley, Keenum, Heinecke, Minshew and Jimmy G
  2. Jalen is built like a rock though. Bryce Young is going to destroyed when he gets hit in this league. Bryce Young is nowhere near what his measurables state on ESPN.com (6' 194)... Id think he is more 5'11 170. Its terrfying how small he is. This is a photo of him with Tyler Harrell who is listd to be the exact same height and size as Young.....
  3. Love that the writer calls out my favorite coaching candidate: shane steichen. Bringing him here would be awesome.
  4. The hype of this draft class leaves me with the feeling it could be empty hype.... there are more knocks than promotions of these potential top 3 QBs.
  5. Its possible! I went golfing with him and shaq at Piper Glen, they were just picking it up. It was actually a really fun time. My buddy is a former OSU quarterback and he was bffs with Andrew Norwell... that was my main connection. It also helped that I worked at the South Park Apple store as a "Genius" and quickly became a handlful of Panthers players "apple guy." Those were the good ol days.... didnt make poo for money, but got invited to tons of poo because of my Apple status, ahhaha.
  6. I actually used to hang out with J Stew when he was really digging into his music business. Now, by hang out with... I was a friend of his friend... i dont want that to get misconstrued. I think the only reason I was able to tag along was because I was J-Stew's "apple guy." That being said, he is such a funny ass person and super laid back. I actually never really talked Panthers with him during that period of time... I always thought it was an annoying subject to bring up. Looking forward to what he has to say tonight.
  7. adding some swagger.... in all honesty its just such a long title.
  8. Hey all, Im going to kick The Previous Game is Under Review for one more week. Since we are in a transition with the coaching staff, I'd like to do a heads down review of Wilks' approach next week. I can understand if there are specifics from this previous game that you would want to see, and I dont mind digging in on those. I will admit I am more intrigued by reviewing our new game plan starting this week under Wilks. If there are some quick hits, I can go through and review in this thread and get some answers out. I think the biggest thing I want to see is the effort during the game and not the playcalling.
  9. After watching Anthony Richardson this past weekend, I dont see how he would declare for the draft this year. It would be a huge mistake. He still has a ways to go.
  10. It's always a risk drafting a player that would be 25 their rookie year at the QB position.
  11. Let me know if it ends up being worth the listen. I’ll set aside time
  12. It’s disappointing what passes as journalism and reporting today. I enjoyed our back and forth, thanks for this healthy constructive conversation
  13. Totally agree. However, it’s fowler and many other media type’s job to antagonize the target to get a story. Hence what he wrote today. this is the same exact thing that David newton tried to do to Ron Rivera when he was attempting to spark “concussion gate” at the bank. RR blew up on newton during that conference as well.
  14. Fowler didnt ask that … it was Will Polisic or however his last name is spelled. Fowler asked for the timeline of when tepper decided he was going to fire rhule. In all fairness, that was the fourth time tepper was asked that. also, totally agree with the mls point you brought up. Our rules are very ambiguous compared to the euro leagues.
  15. Yes. He used his company’s platform to make a personal attack at tepper bc he didn’t like the way tepper treated him yesterday. I’ll never defend media, bc it’s just a dick measuring contest. fowler has been writing articles in spite of tepper since he came here, that’s why tepper was short with him. So the next day… Fowler release this.
  16. This is good information about the front office clash. I know that it was going all over social media that Fuchs and Swiderski were not fans of MAR, and were no shows to the practices prior to his firing. Fuchs was pretty rough on MAR during his post firing presser, even after being told by the team’s PR group not to discuss it.
  17. Swiderski and Fuchs literally didn’t come to practice the two days leading into MAR getting fired. since you follow them extensively you know how Fuchs responded once MAR was fired…. the team gave up on MAR and the team knew it.
  18. CMC is 4 years from 30... I dont know why you are choosing to die on a hill that he is old. He is one year older than DJ. He is younger than Dalvin Cook, Zeke, Hunt, Nick Chubb, and Alvin Kamara.
  19. Why wouldnt buffalo make that deal? Singletary is on the last year of his contract and proved he is not a capable running back in their system. Thats so odd. Feels like an instant "Yes" if true. Personally, Id rather have cook or zack moss. Not sure why we would trade for a RB thats a free agent at the end of this season. As for the packers and Robbie Anderson.... if they are entertaining the call... they are entertaining the picks
  20. Jesus Fowler. What a bitch move. Also, bringing up the Angel Ramirez firing like it was a bad thing is horseshit. The players quit playing for him, the coaches quit coaching for him. Angel was a toxic piece of poo that treated everyone like they were dirt. Players literally stopped showing up to practice.
  21. thats a huge difference in NFL years. That's when players make the biggest impact and get their third contract.
