Panthers designated Sam Darnold to return from IR.

Why? Can he not audition for the backup job for when we draft a new QB? -

they are checking to see if he is gameday ready... I expect Eason to start this weekend and Darnold back him up. I expect a 1a - 1b situation. We will see though. -

Seriously! I was stating this to a friend earlier this am... also very odd to go through 5 QBs in a matter of 6 weeks. -

Dont forget Bravion Roy! -
The Chiefs have 3 young Rbs. The only way they make that deal is if we get Pachecho or Clyde Edwards Delaire back in return, and if we did get one of those backs and a draft pick... then thats a good deal for us as well.

This would be Fitt's biggest transaction of his career. Really defines where we are going with him based on what he gets in return. aka... dont fug this up or you are out.

the biggest message there is that they see CMC as an aid to a young QB. We know the direction the team is going the rest of the year now.

not sure if you are aware but you put top 5, not top 10 in your original comment. I could agree that the Saints and Panthers are teams with the top 10 paid RBs in the league that are looking forward. However, the rest are looking at getting to the playoffs and potentially winning the Super Bowl.

That tracks with a lot of what we have heard so far. Makes me wonder who the Rhule guys that are tradeable are... Seems like Shaq would be one.... but not sure who the other one is.

Can you confidently say that any of the teams listed are already thinking about the draft? Bc I think you attempted to do so, but we both know that is wrong. It is so weird you are defending this statement: All the other teams have fringe playoff hopes or are already thinking about who they might draft next year.
-
no, you literally said the rest of the teams have fringe playoff hopes or already thinking about who they draft next year.... those teams are top of their divisions. lol. Your statement was completely false. 6 of the 7 highest paid RBs are all on winning teams....
-
your statement : The only one I see is Joe Mixon with the Bengals. All the other teams have fringe playoff hopes or are already thinking about who they might draft next year.

Would you like to see Taylor Moton on the Bills?
TheCasillas replied to Carl Spackler's topic in Carolina Panthers
all these dumb posts about the Bills.... they dont have the money to acquire big contracts. According to Fowler: contract might be an issue for a Buffalo team that "wants to keep its cap outlook clean for next year due to many top-dollar players on the payroll," per Fowler -

Dallas (4-2), Minnesota (5-1), Cincinnati (3-3), NYG (5-1) , Los Angeles (4-2) and Titans (3-2) are all playoff teams right now... thats literally 6 of the top 7 RBs on that list....

NFL: Pats relationship with Mac Jones "gone sideways"
TheCasillas replied to Mr. Scot's topic in Carolina Panthers
They didnt lose those... lol. Kittle was back week 3, a game after the 9ers put 27 points on the board with Jimmy G at QB . That was their best scoring game of the year. Trent Willliams has missed the last 2.5 games. All of those players have not missed a single game together. You are cherry picking.
