I dont believe your nickel assumption is correct. It would be helpful to add that Rowe would come on the field, horn would slide to nickel and Shaq would most likely leave the field. Also, Ervero ran a lot of 6 db 1lb. So i'd expect in our defense as well. Luckily, Chinn is a DB that can play LB.

How former Panther Russell Okung looks like these days
TheCasillas replied to TheSpecialJuan's topic in Carolina Panthers
this hits the nail on the head. The goal of it is to train your brain on when to eat and how often. People think that its about starving yourself or loading up on heavy creams/fats right when the clock strikes noon. People who dont understand that IF is not a diet are the ones who are creating unhealthy habits. Once you understand how much to eat and how often.. you dont need the IF model. It didnt lose you the weight, it helped you understand the cadence of your eating proces. You can eat 5 meals a day, and still lose weight fast than someone who thinks IF is the reason. All of these fad diets out there and programs... they act like a subscribed program is right for your body, when everyone's body is different. The one thing that holds true across every human is managing your caloric intake and the frequency of it. -

This means nothing to me. Since I have far greater resource that has been working in NFL nutrition for 18 years. -

When gross was on Ryan Kalil’s podcast they went in depth on what they ate, and how often they ate it. the nfl diet is pretty insane for the bigger positions. -

It’s a farce. Intermittent fasting is not good for your long term health. Coincidentally, my source at BoA works in this exact department for the panthers. They have tons of great material on this stuff… the biggest thing they scream to avoid…… intermittent fasting -

We really need to figure out how to utilize copetti and Swiderski simultaneously. our center mid is Swiss cheese. Im almost ready to throw in the towel with bronico in the start 11. I really like what Jones was doing at that position last week. Brick wall. -

This is the night we should get the points. If we don’t, I’m going to be sorely disappointed. I do like our 11 tonight. -

I didnt take them to dinner nor did I join them for dinner. These guys had options for employment... and came back to us... I think the discussion ended long ago when you were attempting to share a false narrative with little to no infromation to support it. I don't get the precedence or the drive to do so. -

So it has nothing to do with meshing with Tepper then.... I find it funny that you stated this when only a few months ago Luke Kuechly, David Tepper, and Greg Olsen were spotted having dinner together at Barringtons in South Park... He must be unbearable if they are going to dinner together. -

but Luke, TD, and Greg are employees/ambassadors of the Panthers.... so that means they came back... not sure you can say they dont mesh with Tepper if your reasoning is going to be players leaving a franchise going through a rebuild... or retiring for the betterment of their long term health.
