those are huge fines... its causing players to change the way they are tackling. Demarcus Lawrence said that he and other NFL players have been training in Judo to practice takedowns that they wouldnt get fined for. He shared that trying to distribute your weight away from the QB when tackling is the only way they can avoid fines. Players are paid weekly in the NFL... "game day checks" and those 25k fines are taking huge chunks out of their paychecks, bc the 25k fine isnt taxed.. they have to pay that after being taxed from their game day checks. You are being naive to think that these players are not being cautious now with these rules and limitations in place.
