I've read those same things for all of the QBs. Right now the draft is HYPE city for these qbs. I don't think there is any way anyone can say factually with certainty that Lance has the highest ceiling of the class. If anything.... Lawrence has the highest ceiling of the group bc he has shown it year in and year out that he can play QB at an elite level. The video is this thread is straight knocking Lance. Should I listen to them and tell you are wrong about Lance?

Why does he have the highest ceiling? Why wouldnt Zack Wilson? Why wouldnt Fields? Why not Lawrence?

im not confident in any QB past lawrence this year. This feels very 2011-ish for QBs

I disagree. If you look at the WRs he went up against last year and shutout.... I will take the average tackling skill with lockdown corner all day. There is a reason why corners never lead the league in tackles....or come even close.

If you dont count his injured games, Donte Jackson was a top 10 corner last year in the league. Top 5 CB in QBR when thown his direction. Donte Jackson is one of the better young corners in the league. If you remove the games where Donte played while injured, was on brink for elite. I didn't believe this when I first saw it, but DJ was really strong last year.

If they are bringing in Trevor Lawrence and Zach Wilson, why would they sit on them? If they want to maximize their value in return, they trade now. Not selling.... would not maximize the team's assets.

They think Miami is going to trade back and take a WR or Pitts. Miami has shown under the new FO (and possibly the best FO in the league right now) that assets matter more than star power. Miami not signing Golladay and one year deal with Fuller, pretty much shows that WR/Play Maker is their first round focus. They are doing for Tua what the giants are doing for Jones, put weapons around them, and then see if they are talented or not. That luxury is something Darnold never got. (Bringing up Darnold bc i think we should consider sending a 3rd or 4th their way for him or go all in for the #3 pick)

My buddy and his uncle are HUGE DIE HARD fans of the Dolphins. He shared with me that Tua will be successful once they surround him with weapons. Last year they had 3rd string running backs, and 2nd tier WRs with no one spread out the defense. They expect Tua to have a huge year.... I am not a fan of Tua either, but watching some of the throws he made at bama.... it has to translate to the NFL at some point. I think this season we will find out.

neither jets or jags are going to get a first round pick in return for thes quarterbacks. They dont have leverage. They are assumingly going to draft their replacements. All teams are going to low ball offer them bc otherwise they just have an extra bench warmer.

how good do you think Minshew is? I read nfl.com article stating he would go for a 4th at max.... His stats do not reflect his inability to read a defense and weak arm.

I respect your model and you bringing this to the table. Eagles ran this defense under Reid. It eventually phased out of the league bc it leaves corners on an island, and if you don’t have lock down corners... this model is toast. i think we are going to run what the patriots ran during their first series of super bowl wins. If you look at our d line... realistically we can play with one down lineman while the rest are standing, that’s the confusion point for the offense. The other piece is if a team like the cardinals comes out and runs 4-5 WRs every play.... the defense will be the confused ones, haha.

Not saying Deshaun is innocent, but this has happened to me multiple times, and i felt embarassed each time. Only one of them i sent an apology text. So your example isnt far off as a possibility....

Considering a masseuse only makes around 40k per year ... a cash grab situation has to be appealing to some. So there is a possibility that this could be the case here. Not saying I know anything, but it has to be considered. if the lawyer wasn’t such a douche, I’d lean toward to women on this one. However, buzbee keeps me neutral on this. I am waiting on the NFL investigation.

Yeah thats true, if they have evidence that it indeed did come from him. I don't know the full story but one has to wonder what the texr would say to put him in a guilty position. You have to wonder why not charge him then if they have that kind of proof?

The thing that sucks about this for ALL parties is that its just going to end up his word vs her's. The truth will never come out, and career(s) will be destroyed.
