Funny you bring that up.... apparently coaches discourage their QBs to attempt to make the tackle... oddly enough. It's the ol' live to play another day approach. If we think about how Cam's career went down the drain bc of it.... it makes sense..

I will say that the o line did well against a very strong defensive line in NO. They were battle tested today. That being said... I'd like to see more push... our oline gets bullied every other play.

We just have to continue to go back and look at who is not quite doing their job. There are a bunch of plays we feel like we should have executed better. It's just like anything else – young teams teaching them, hey don't look at the scoreboard, just keep playing, keep playing. I thought the defense though, last week in the third quarter and again this week in the third quarter, I thought they hung in there. They got tired and they continued to play. We are just going to have to work our way through that.

I think it's hilarious people on here knitpick 1-3 throws from Darnold.... While im over here watching QBs like Dak, Murray, Ryan, Cousins, and Herbert throw errratic throws or picks in their games. i highly doubt their fan base ridicules their play like its done here.... well maybe Falcons fans.
