Pretty sure statistically burns is a top 5 edge rusher in the NFL. There was a Reddit article about this. He gets to the quarterback more than almost every edge rusher in the league (pass rush win rate) I get you have a sour perspective on this but 32 out 32 NFL team would pay burns. We will pay him.

Talk about a glass case of emotions

THE PICK IS IN documentary on this year's draft

Anyone figure out how to watch this? -
Looks like winning has nothing to do with the value of your franchise. I wonder what the indicators are for the worth of a franchise. The only pattern I see is that the commercial real estate in most of those regions at the top are pretty heft in worth.

Updated Depth Chart (from Panthers.com)
TheCasillas replied to Santee_Panther's topic in Carolina Panthers
That’s a 2-4-5 depth chart right there -
damn. i really hate imagining this in my head...

Laviska Shenault said he has cleared the league’s concussion protocol. Shenault can now fully participate in practice after missing a week because of the injury. The gadget receiver will serve as a depth option at wideout. He will also get the occasional carry but isn’t in a fantasy-relevant role to open the year

Im pretty sure the Patriots have never been good at drafting... They have been good at signing FAs and Scheming.

My man is bringing up David Foucault a 3rd string olineman who was on and off the practice squad and called up to the 53 for depth and injuries purposes. We cut the guy like 3x. what a huge reach.

i hate to say it, but he didnt look good at all.

he was waived in the first wave of players we let go. I believe that was on Sunday?

A look at the roster after final cuts to the 53 man squad...

Not if we put barno and Franklin out there like we have been. They are both solid special teams players. -

True. I only used those QBs as examples bc of their run first ability but he very well could emulate their play styles in practice

Jacob Eason led our scout team last year AND was active on on a few game days
-
Not with third string QBs. They run the scout team. Person discussed this in the athletic article. The only time MC would not lead the scout team as the 3rd QB is if we are preparing for a jalen hurts/anthony Richardson/Lamar Jackson type QB, scout teams are almost always led by the 3rd string qb.

Chark and Marshal practiced today.

Saints released DB Bradley Roby. The Saints were reportedly fielding calls about Roby’s availability ahead of cut-down day but opted to release the long-time vet. Roby has spent the last two seasons with the Saints but struggled in pass coverage last season, earning a PFF grade of 49.6. He should have a decent market but shouldn’t be treated as a full-time starter at this point in his career.
