Thats fair. I dont know enough to defend. There are so many conversations within those four walls that we have zero insight into. I will one thing though, expect a simliar outcome between Jason Licht and Arians once TB12 moves. Those are two people who probabaly do not get along in TB.

Ron Rivera said multiple times during his tenure that when was with MH, he told MH what he wanted, and dealt with what MH got him. Not all GM/HC relationships and processes are created equal. There really is no "blueprint" for success. Even if you look at the top 4 teams in the league, they all operate their FOs differently.

The QB market now, is going to look very different come March.... There will be a few names let go, put on the block, and asking for trades. Its going to be wild this offseason.

uhh Mike Groh is pretty legit... He was a part of the Eagles SB winning team Groh enters his second season with the Colts as the team's wide receivers coach. He has 21 years of coaching experience, including nine seasons in the NFL. Groh helped Indianapolis reach the playoffs in 2020 with an 11-5 regular season record. In 2020, Groh worked with a receiving group headlined by T.Y. Hilton, Zach Pascal and rookie Michael Pittman Jr. Hilton caught 56 passes for a team-high 762 yards and five touchdowns. He became the fourth player in franchise history to hit 9,000 career receiving yards (9,360) and the sixth player to reach 9,000 career scrimmage yards (9,415). Pascal registered career highs in receptions (44) and receiving yards (629) while tying his career-high in touchdown receptions (five). Pittman Jr. finished his debut season with 40 receptions for 503 yards and one touchdown. Among rookies, he ranked 10th in receiving yards. Groh originally joined the Eagles in 2017 as wide receivers coach and was part of the Super Bowl LII championship team. He worked with a receivers room that was led by Nelson Agholor and Alshon Jeffery. Agholor caught 62 passes for 768 yards and a career-high eight touchdowns. Jeffery finished with 57 receptions for 789 yards and nine touchdowns. Philadelphia was the only team with two wide receivers that produced eight-or-more receiving touchdowns in 2017. In 2016, Groh was the passing game coordinator/wide receivers coach for the Los Angeles Rams. He guided wide receiver Kenny Britt to his first career 1,000-yard receiving season as he compiled career highs in receptions (68), receiving yards (1,002) and receiving touchdowns (five). Britt became the first Rams wideout to register a 1,000-yard receiving season since 2007. He played his rookie season with a torn labrum and eventually went to IR... This year he only graded poorly in one game. Not sure we have enough of a sample size to agree with your claim. Plus, young successful CBs is extremely rare. CBs transitioning from college to pros normally take 3 - 4 years. There are a ton of cases to support that.

I think the Urban meyer fallout is going to have teams thinking twice about these aggressive behavior'd coaches.

they signed two lineman to cheap deals in attempt to bridge it during an offseason we didnt have much cap space. It didnt work. Luckily, they didnt put themselves in a situation where they are eating up cap and holding us back from signing some real talent this offseason. It was a short term plan with little long term impact.

BR reported today we could fetch a 1st for him. They think his value would go up due to a bidding war. His value alon with a single deal would be a day 2 pick, but the demand for him would drive up the price. They listed the following teams as teams who would trade a 1st for him: 1. Rams 2. Chiefs 3. WFT 4. Jets (early 2nd and 3rd)

Trading CMC would cost just as much money as keeping him. the other team would have to take on some of the financials dedicated to CMC for it to be worth it.

KK short was restrcutured before Samir was here. Samir didnt take over cap duties full time until June 2020 (Not in on the CMC deal or Boston, those were MH). During Tepper's interview on after he hired Samir (and Pat Stewart), he said that he wants Samir and PAt to learn the current oeprating model before jumping in and making any changes. They officially started to take on their role at the begining of the 2020 season. We dont owe RA 20 million, that is just false. We already paid the majority of his signing bonus. The players chosen to be signed are not Samir's responsibiltiies, he is the one that makes the financials work. Stop trolling dude.

Go back and watch the camp confidential and the episode where Fitts says that Samir handles all of the deals. He is the one who makes the decisions on if the deal will work or not. Sure MR and Fitt make the decision on the who, but Samir determines if it is feasible financially.
