  1. Yup my bad, stayed out late with the client getting hammered. Here you go: https://fansided.com/2022/03/07/bears-concerns-justin-fields-throwing-motion/
  2. I’m mobile for work today, I’ll post the article about his throwing motion and being to low causing fumbles later when I get back to the hotel room and on my computer. Sorry for the delay. just sharing content
  3. The Athletic's Kevin Fishbain believes the Bears "might have to consider the possibility that [Justin Fields] isn’t the guy" if he struggles in 2022. The team's new regime should have a good idea of Fields' long-term potential after the 2022 season, Fishbain said. "Fields’ rookie performance comes with a lot of disclaimers, and some are legitimate, but the struggles can’t be fully ignored," Fishbain said. "If the sack numbers remain high, if he’s not doing a good job taking care of the football, and if he’s not leading scoring drives often enough, then the organization might have to consider the possibility that he isn’t the guy." Fields in 2021 struggled mightily in Matt Nagy's inflexible, uncreative offense, ranking 37th in adjusted completion rate -- just ahead of Mike Glennon -- and 22nd in yards per attempt. Fields' expected points added (EPA) per drop back was lower than any quarterback besides Zach Wilson. His best-case scenario would be a Bears offense that better utilizes his strengths. A bad 2022 could have the Bears itching for a new QB option. https://theathletic.com/3207809/2022/03/25/justin-fields-2022-expectations-robert-quinns-trade-value-free-agent-wide-receivers-bears-mailbag/?source=emp_shared_article
  4. Yeah, MC is growing on me and fast. I was really on the Willis train, but I’m concerned he is just going to be another Justin Fields. for those who aren’t aware, bears are already considering moving on from fields bc of his release being low and slow.
  5. No way the NFL allows the next owner to be a white man. They need to have a minority owner. Unfortunately, they will only allow it bc of the social pressure, instead of realizing there needs to be diversity at the highest level.
  6. I’m a huge fan of MC’s release as well. I’ve always considered a fast release a trait of a successful qb in this league. It’s really tough this year to judge the QB class, but with the way the game is changing … it’s not hard to believe that one of these qbs will be successful at the nfl level, but which one…..
  7. Didn’t tepper say at the ring of honor ceremony for Steve smith that he wasn’t going to let anyone where that jersey number for a long time?
  8. unreal. Very sad day for the Haskins family and many others.
  9. Pegula had an atrocious start as an owner. Worse than tepper.
  10. thats awesome! I am hapy to hear about the pleasant experience!!!
  11. Chicago* ah, well if that’s the case…. Not many but I’d say will Witherspoon is worth mentioning.
  12. The whole Julius Peppers situation comes to mind, but it still played out well for us in the end.
  13. That’s not how this franchise is thinking. Only Rhule can save his own job by having a winning season. No draft pick “saves rhules job” The franchise drafts players that improve the team, not players that improve a coach’s chance of keeping his job. We can move on from this silly thought process
  14. We are going to trade back just a couple spots to still secure a OT and then draft a QB with the next pick
  15. Why do we waste our energy on the stuff? Cap flexibility is easy as long as you don’t have a player on your roster eating your 25%+ of your total cap. See Matt Ryan (falcons this off-season) these guys know 100x more than any of us… so why sit here and bitch about cap number over a year away when we have no idea what the new cap number will be or how our season / draft plays out.
  16. No they are not. They are just poking fun.
  17. Then why hasnt any of our OCs put CMC out wide? CMC runs RB and Flex route trees.
  18. CMC is not a slot receiver…. He would get eaten up against some of the corners in thsi league. CMC dominates linebackers and safeties in coverage.
  19. If you referring to the anonymous NFL team scout/employee that said it, not sure if they speak for the league. i mean if you look at the falcons and saints , they are both franchises in shambles right now. Between having suspended nfl players, criminals, player exodus, coach abandoning a franchise , turning their on their franchise qb to chase another criminal’s jock strap and fielding the absolute worst roster in football…. that’s a pretty rough track record for those two teams…
