Who would you rank as top 5 Panther draft busts of all time?
TheCasillas replied to TheBigKat's topic in Carolina Panthers
i really dont think injury effected players should be indentified as "busts." To me busts would be players that never live up to their potential. No one can predict or control injuries... so ridiculing a player who experiences the unfortunate events of injury is just pathetic. Bc we damn well know we could even last a single hit in the NFL.... -
2017 was our last winning season. We were 11-5

take how you will and mold it the way you want .... but typically players who dont follow the play call dont stay on the field for long.

He actually states that it would his own fault (frank) bc they didnt prepare Bryce for players potentially cheating out of position. He mentioned that if he would have prepared Bryce for that we would have had taken more shots.
-
the tweet is vague... Frank breaks it down very thoroughly in the presser. The tweet is poo if you ask me.
-
he was referring that the Bates was playing out of position on the two interceptions. The falcons were running cover 1 and cover 3 when Bates had his picks. His job was to cover the middle deep thirds of the field but he instead cheated up.

show your work.

people compare bryce to manning/burrow bc of his cerebral ability... There is nothing wrong with that either. Bryce's strength is his intellgence around the game.
-
the only way that even matters is if Bryce turns out to be an absolute bust and falls out of the league before the league is over

Horn's hamstring is of a serious variant -
Starts soon if you are curious.

He is tagged for eligible to return... so it may not be as bad as we think. Still its a gap at our LG spot. I wonder if Zavala goes LG and we give someone a shot at RG.

To practice squad... it's possible it is for scout team purposes. Our schedule coming up has a lot of big recievers: Saints - AT Perry 6'5 Seahawks - DK Metcalf 6'4 Vikings - TJ Hockenson 6'5 Josh Reynolds - 6'3

All-22 Review: Panthers @ Falcons [Week 1 - 2023]
TheCasillas replied to TheCasillas's topic in Carolina Panthers
that last tweet... it's a double move route in the middle of the field... there is only a handful of receivers who could do that faster ... handful may even be generous. The issue is that Bryce looked away too quickly. If AT was the go to there, then if Bryce throws the ball early... then it's there. Makes it a 3 second play instead of 4 seconds. -

you want to cover for me while im away? I can give you my nfl plus login -
we went away from it in the second half and played Ricci more. I believe the goal was to create mismatches out of the backfield, but when it was an actual run play.... we were asking Laviska to do more than he should. However, i dont know what happens in meetings, practice or even game planning... so i can only make a fan based assumption.
