  1. you really have to feel for the jags.... they just dont keep their early round picks.... Ramsey, Fournette, Henderson, Viska, and DJ Chark all come to mind.
  2. yea... id just rather chuba only touch the ball 1-2x per game and not run a single passing route.
  3. in 2020 Diontae Johnson led the league in dropped balls and now he makes 18mil per year
  4. His best year as a rookie he was basically only used in Deebo style routes and lining up out of the backfield. This past year, Urban tried to covert him to a possession receiver. If you watch footage from 2021 and compared to 2020 you will see a heavy difference in his route assignments. My only assumption to why the current coaching staff gave up on him would be no ties to him and they spent a ton of capital this offseason bringing receivers in. This would include the ludicrous contract they gave Christian Kirk
  5. I believe all but one are 2024. The 7th for Laviska is a 2023 pick. If I am not mistaken.
  6. Are you including the year of the pick as well? Each year away the pick is, it drops in value.
  7. I think the NFL is converting to the "Wide Back" model could play a role here. You can thank Shanahan and McVay for that.
  8. I've been following Shenault since his years at colorado. The guy when used correctly can be as elite as Deebo. The post above has an awesome video of what he brings to the position you rarely see in a single WR.
  9. How anyone can say this guy wasnt worth a 6th/7th blows my mind.... The jags fuging blew it last year on how they used him. In 2020 they used him to his skillset.... take a look for yourself: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H1hPHM9PKF4
  10. or the panthers did not cut any players earlier today due to the fact after practice they were gonna determine who was shoppable to get compensation. It's not cats vs dogs or black and white. It's very likely Rhule and Fitts worked together on how they could get compensation and for who.....
  11. no, rhule does the bad things and fitts does the good things
  12. from what ive seen he has only missed 2 games since coming to the NFL. Is that correct?
  13. @Mr. ScotI keep thinking about that play that i called out in that other thread where Chuba dropped the ball after Baker threaded the needle... Shenault running that route is going to be money. I love this move bc I think McAdoo is going to have some plays drawn up for a player like Shenault, and also this helps alleviate pressue on the TE shortcomings.
  14. I thought we brought in Tommy Stevens to play TE hyrbid role?
  15. This thread right now “I don’t know who this player is, so he sucks”
  16. Oh fug yeah!!! This guy is the Deebo of the afc but the jags are poo at managing their talent. This is a great grab!!
  17. I’d assume agents don’t like Samir. He is a hard ass when it comes to negotiating.
  18. Most of these players are put in apartments like the vue as well… they are Only 2-3 blocks from The stadium.
  19. He works for the franchise doesnt he?
  20. dont forget these players are still vying for spots on the practice squad. The cuts wont just be for the 53, but the 15 practice spots as well. So if you have fringe players... every practice counts.
  21. I personally think Brady often panicked while in role. He had a few play designs he would just call too frequently. It was too weird, bc in 2020 he had some fun play designs with some nice wrinkles. However, in 2021 he started having Robby run possession routes, we had limited to no presnap movements, our run play designs were as vanilla as they got. It was almost like he forgot.
